KookaDesk is a business name of Golden Ocean Development Pty Ltd, ABN 27 607 325 753 ("KookaDesk", "we").
Details you give us when you sign up (name, business, contact details), and – on behalf of our customers – details of callers and enquirers (name, phone, email, suburb/address, job description, photos, call recordings and transcripts).
Only to answer, qualify and book enquiries for the business the caller contacted, to run and improve our service, and to bill our customers. We do not sell personal information and do not use it to train AI models.
Callers are told at the start of each call that the call may be recorded and transcribed, and can ask not to be recorded.
Our service providers (e.g. GoHighLevel, telephony and AI providers) may store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States.
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, then delete or de-identify it. Data breaches will be handled under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme where applicable.
We only send marketing messages with consent, and every message includes an unsubscribe option.
